At TWINATHLETIC, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something is not quite right, we offer a clear and straightforward return process.

 


How to Return an Item

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a return request by emailing support@twinathletic.com.
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.
3. Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging.
4. Return the item using a tracked shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

 


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached
- Free from stains, odors, or other signs of wear
- Footwear must be returned in its original shoe box, where applicable

 


Refunds and Store Credit

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

If you would prefer store credit instead of a refund, please let us know when submitting your return request.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.
