Keep the tape snug, but not tight, and measure over light clothing.
How to Measure Your Body
- Chest or bust: Measure around the fullest part while keeping the tape horizontal.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing straight.
- Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the ankle for pants and tights.

Our adult footwear is listed in US sizing. Sizes are displayed as M for US men and W for US women. When two sizes are shown together, such as M 6 / W 7.5, they refer to the same selectable size.
How to Measure Your Foot
- Use a sheet of paper: Place it on a hard floor with one edge against a wall.
- Stand against the wall: Place your heel lightly against the wall with your full weight on your foot.
- Mark your longest toe: Mark the paper at the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure heel to toe: Measure from the edge of the paper to your mark in inches or centimetres.
- Measure both feet: Use the longer measurement if your feet differ.
- Wear your usual sports socks: Measure with the type of socks you plan to wear with the footwear.
- Measure later in the day: Feet can become slightly fuller throughout the day.
Important: Use your actual heel-to-toe measurement. Do not add extra length before checking the chart.

Choosing the Right Adult Footwear Size
- Between measurements: Choose the larger available size in the chart.
- Wider feet: If you regularly wear wide-fit footwear and the style has no width option, consider choosing the larger size.
- Performance footwear: Cycling shoes, cleats and other fitted sports footwear may feel snugger than casual shoes.
- Sports socks: Consider the thickness of the socks you plan to wear.
- Sandals: Your heel and toes should sit neatly within the sole without overhanging.
